Join our team as a Senior Business Analyst. You will be part of an international environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and sustainable IT solutions for asset management. This role is based in Turin with a hybrid working model (remote work with on-site presence required twice a month). You will also coordinate the work of functional analysts and manage coordination activities among stakeholders and teams.

Your missions
  • Gather and analyze user and stakeholder requirements to understand the specific needs of asset management.
  • Collaborate with development teams to design IT solutions that meet identified requirements, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation regarding requirements, functional specifications, and operational procedures.
  • Plan and conduct functional tests to ensure developed solutions meet requirements and function correctly in production environments.
  • Provide end-user support and training on new systems and tools, ensuring effective adoption of implemented solutions.
  • Coordinate the work of functional analysts, ensuring proper distribution of tasks and achievement of project objectives.
  • Manage coordination activities among stakeholders and involved teams, fostering effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
Your profile
  • Academic background: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within asset management or IT solutions, with proven experience in team or activity coordination.
  • English language: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Italian language: Excellent command of Italian, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Tools / software: Proficiency with business analysis tools, documentation software, and familiarity with testing and validation processes.
  • Soft skills: Strong analytical skills, effective communication, teamwork, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
