Job summary

Bolton Beauty, part of Bolton, is seeking an Amazon Intern to join the Digital function in Milan. You will support the E-commerce team with marketplace operations, merchandising, and analytics, gaining hands-on experience across Amazon platforms.

The role offers a six-month full-time paid internship at the Milan HQ with the possibility of smart working, and collaboration with sales, finance and supply chain teams in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Digital/E-commerce or related fields.
• Strong interest in E-commerce; prior Amazon experience is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Good level of English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Product Listings & SEO optimization: assist in creating, optimizing, and maintaining listings for visibility and conversion.
• Order & Inventory Management: oversee daily orders, monitor stock, coordinate with supply chain for inventory levels across marketplaces.
• Chargeback & Claims Support: assist finance teams with chargebacks, disputes, and claims.
• Content Compliance & Catalog Integrity: maintain high-quality content and ensure alignment with Amazon guidelines across countries.
• Reporting & Data Analysis: use Amazon Analytics and dashboards to track metrics, analyze trends, and generate reports.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: work with sales, finance, logistics to align activities and create reports/promotional codes.

How Your Agenda Looks Like

• Product Listings & SEO Optimization: Assist in creating, optimizing, and maintaining compelling, accurate, and SEO‑friendly product listings to maximize visibility and conversion.
• Order & Inventory Management: Oversee daily order processing, monitor stock availability, and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure optimal inventory levels across all Amazon marketplaces.
• Chargeback & Claims Support: Collaborate with finance teams to help manage chargebacks, disputes, and claims, ensuring compliance and timely resolution.
• Content Compliance & Catalog Integrity: Support the team in maintaining high‑quality content, ensuring product availability and alignment with Amazon compliance guidelines across different countries.
• Reporting & Data Analysis: Use tools like Amazon Analytics and internal dashboards to track performance metrics (media campaign included), analyze trends, and generate regular reports.
• Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, finance, logistics) to align marketplace activities with broader business objectives. Tasks may include creation of reports, spreadsheets, and promotional codes.

Your Team

You will directly report to the Digital Sales Development Manager in the Digital function.

• Strong interest in E‑commerce; previous experience with Amazon platforms is a plus
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong organizational skills; ability to collaborate across teams
• Good level of English (written and spoken)
