Job Responsibilities

The Amazon Business Analysts is responsible for converting data into actionable business insights, support the Performance Manager and the Amazon e-Kams to elevate the performance and the strategic management of the customer. He/she is an analysis expert who leverages a variety of data platforms and analytical tools to provide timely, meaningful, and consumable information. The Amazon business peculiarity is the very high speed of execution, which is hard to manage for the massive operational activities needed. In this sense, the Business Analyst is a key support for the required operational activities.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Profitability Analysis of the different T&Cs’ linked to the Amazon business development to determine if they are converted into actionable benefits
  • Daily follow up with the Amazon Performance Manager on the operational activities needed to make the business happen (Always on Buy Box, Price tracking, Bossed list management, Template Master File, Bonus Procedure Management, Sell Out Contributions analysis and tracking)
  • Supporting e-Kams on all the operational activities linked to the business categories excellence in all the EU countries
  • Review and analyse vast amounts of data from various sources and from the Amazon API data lake to suggest changes that lead to business and account improvements.

Job Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent
  • Numerate with strong IT (PC) skills especially within SAP (nice to have) and Microsoft Office (mandatory)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Basic Commercial knowledge
  • Strong Analytical Background

  • Experience of SAP IBP
