We are selecting for a client operating in the GDO sector, a:

STORE MANAGER APPRENTICE

Position

After an initial training period of 12 months, you will be the reference point for the store and will be responsible for its operational and managerial management.

Specifically:

• You will organize staff shifts and coordinate the team to ensure efficient service;
• You will monitor store performance and analyze sales KPIs;
• You will handle orders and purchases;
• You will manage aspects related to HACCP regulations and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards;
• You will work on the field, working side by side with the team to achieve company goals.

Requirements

The following are required:

• Previous experience in the GDO sector, with a background as a supervisor or department manager;
• Professionals with a strong propensity for operational work, capable of managing a team with energy and motivation;
• Candidates accustomed to working in dynamic and results-oriented environments.

Additional Information

We offer:

• Permanent contract directly with the company;
• 40 hours per week, from Monday to Saturday, with two half-days off;
• Work location: CALVISANO (BS)
