Alexander McQueen is looking for an exceptional Sales Consultant to join the team at the via Condotti Store.


How you will contribute:

  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and provide excellent customer service.
  • Understand current products, trends, and collections to inform and educate customers.
  • Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation.
  • Handle customer complaints, seek assistance when necessary, and ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Stay updated on customer requirements and operating procedures.
  • Be aware of daily sales targets and performance, using appropriate sales techniques to meet goals.
  • Open & close the Store according to business needs, following Company security rules.
  • Maintain personal appearance and presentation in line with company standards.
  • Adhere to Security and Health & Safety regulations.


Your Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure.
  • Initiative in contact and communication.
  • Motivated team player with a shared goal.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
