Alexander McQueen is looking for an exceptional Client Advisor (FULL-TIME or PART-TIME, "Categorie Protette" Art. 1 L. 68/99) to join the team at Milan Rinascente.

How you will contribute:

• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and provide excellent customer service
• Understand current products, trends, and collections; ensure customers are informed and aware
• Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and presentation
• Handle customer complaints, seek assistance when necessary, and resolve issues satisfactorily
• Stay updated on customer requirements and operating procedures
• Be aware of daily sales targets and performance; use appropriate sales techniques to meet them
• Open & close the store according to business needs, following security protocols
• Maintain personal appearance and presentation in line with company standards
• Adhere to security and health & safety regulations

Your Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Ability to adapt to change and high-pressure environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated team player
