Synergie Italia SPA, a branch in Perugia, is seeking for an important client:

Assistant Cook for a Restaurant in Monte Castello di Vibio (PG)

Position

The candidate will be responsible for preparing and plating meals (appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts), supporting colleagues in various kitchen activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the role is appreciated, but junior profiles will also be considered
• Availability to work in daily shifts
• Knowledge of fresh pasta and sauces preparation is appreciated but not essential
• Autonomy in the role, kitchen management, and meal preparation is valued
• Ability and willingness to collaborate with colleagues in various preparations and kitchen activities (reordering and cleaning at the end of service)
• Car owner
• Availability, flexibility, and passion for the sector complete the profile

Other Information

An initial fixed-term contract is offered, with potential renewals.

The candidate will be classified at level 5 of the tourism/hospitality national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL).

Working hours: Full-time 40 hours (Tuesday and Wednesday 5 hours from 17:00 to 22:00, Thursday 6 hours from 16:00 to 22:00, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 8 hours in two shifts from 11:00 to 15:00 and 18:00 to 22:00).

Workplace: Monte Castello di Vibio (PG)
