Job Description:

My client, a global airfreight carrier headquartered in Milan Malpensa, Italy, with a fleet of fuel-efficient B777F aircraft, is seeking an Airline Avionics Engineer - CAMO. The position is based in Milan - Malpensa and offers a permanent contract.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the continuous airworthiness of aircraft systems for the fleet.
• Ensure aircraft avionics systems are reliable and efficient to support operations.
• Maintain and develop the Aircraft Maintenance Program and related reliability programs.
• Check applicable requirements and prepare company MEL.
• Develop and manage CAMO "Specific approvals" procedures.
• Manage aircraft loadable software.
• Prepare technical documentation to comply with authority and manufacturer requirements.
• Establish relationships with manufacturers, providers, and third-party organizations.

Requirements

• Experience in Airlines/OEM/MRO environment managing aircraft avionic systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and engineering skills.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Qualifications

• Aeronautical engineering degree preferred.

• Availability to travel.
