Site Lead Mechanic provides daily oversight of all functional and operational activities in maintenance of facilities, equipment, and machinery. Ensures all maintenance functions are conducted in accordance with safety directives, standard operating procedures, and technical manuals. Performs on-site maintenance and flight support of C-26 Type / Model / Series (T / M / S) or similar aircraft.

Responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring efficient operation of facilities, equipment, and machinery through technical support.
2. Coordinating maintenance flow and supervising maintenance status reporting.
3. Recommending equipment modifications for upgrades.
4. Developing and maintaining preventative maintenance programs.
5. Assigning and coordinating work of maintenance staff and vendors.
6. Reviewing and implementing mechanical specifications and manuals.
7. Coordinating specifications and procurement of capital expenditures.
8. Overseeing installation, preventative maintenance, and repair of equipment and facilities.
9. Tracking progress on process improvement goals.
10. Ensuring safety and job training for all maintenance staff and direct reports.
11. Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include:

1. Minimum one year of experience as a Site Lead.
2. High School Diploma.
3. At least five years of multi-engine, turbo-prop aircraft maintenance experience.
4. Valid FAA A&P license.
5. Valid US Passport.
6. Ability to obtain and maintain US Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship required).
7. Preferred experience with Metroliner 23, C-26 A/B/C/D, UC-26C, SA227 Metro III, or similar variants.
8. Experience with C-26 aircraft and pressurized twin-engine turboprops.
