We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Air Logistics Operational Care Specialist to join our Milan office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute all operational activities with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring customer deliverables are fulfilled and minimizing overdue tasks.
• Adhere to the communication protocol for effective stakeholder interactions.
• Track and monitor shipments, ensuring timely updates in Kuehne+Nagel systems, including costs, and handling any deviations.
• Address conflicts or deviations in CCL instructions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, routing, transit times, and rates.
• Collaborate with partners, suppliers, gateways, warehouses, customs teams, and external parties as needed.
• Monitor carrier and partner performance, escalating issues when commitments are not met.
• Partner with the Optimization Team to enhance process execution, maximize system utilization, and minimize manual interventions.
