CEVA Logistics is hiring an Air Export Operator to manage and coordinate international air export shipments for a leading fashion client. The role focuses on accurate, on-time execution, and full regulatory compliance within a dynamic logistics team.

You will handle documentation, tracking, invoicing, and reporting while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure excellence.

Competenze

• Proven experience in a similar role within logistics and transportation companies.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping processes and related documentation.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Shipment management: plan routing and optimize execution.

About the role

We are looking for an Air Export Operations professional to join our team and support a leading international fashion client. In this role, you will manage and coordinate international air export shipments, ensuring that each operation is executed accurately, on time, and in full compliance with applicable regulations and customer requirements.

What you will do

As Air Export Operator your main responsibilities will include:

• Shipment management: Collecting and verifying order and shipment information, planning transport (routing), and optimizing operational execution.
• Documentation: Preparing and managing the necessary documentation (invoices, packing lists, transport documents, etc.), ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Monitoring: Overseeing shipments, updating data in the transport management system, and handling communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Invoicing: Validating documentation, managing internal and external invoicing, and sending invoices to customers.
• Reporting: Preparing operational reports and providing feedback to the manager to ensure compliance with quality and operational standards.
• Coordination: Collaborating with the team to resolve any operational issues.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable company procedures, safety standards, and legal requirements.
• Contributing to a collaborative, inclusive, and continuous improvement-oriented work environment.

Salary package

Contract type: Permanent

Working hours: Full-Time

Gross annual salary / RAL: € 30.000 – € 40.000
