We are looking for a resource with experience in air export to join our team in Italy.

Work locations:Alessandria or Castelletto Ticino (NO).

Responsibilities

• Issuing MAWB and HAWB
• Planning and managing air shipments according to customer requirements
• Coordinating with customs brokers to provide the necessary export documentation
• Managing customer contacts for shipment organization and related follow-up
• Communicating with overseas offices
• Updating company IT systems
• Managing and maintaining relationships with airlines

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, preferably in handling high-value goods
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Team player with the ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of air export procedures
• Good command of the English language
• Knowledge of French will be considered a plus
• Experience in exporting VUN and VAL products will be considered an asset
