PLP Group is seeking an AI Research Engineer to join their innovative AI Research Team in Milan. In this role, you'll be building next-gen large language models, operating within a creative and technically advanced environment. Collaboration with industry leaders like NVIDIA is a key part of this position.

The ideal candidate will possess a PhD in a relevant field and significant experience in machine learning, Python, and high-performance systems. This position offers a competitive salary of €50,000 to €80,000 based on experience and contributions.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an AI research engineer or 2+ years with a PhD.
• Hands-on experience with ML model debugging and performance profiling tools.
• Solid understanding of distributed training and optimization techniques.

Mansioni

• Design and optimize infrastructure for training and serving AI models.
• Collaborate with leading labs like NVIDIA.
• Contribute to open-source projects shaping the AI ecosystem.

Conoscenze

Expertise in modern machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX)
