Reply is seeking a seasoned AI Engineer in Torino to design synthetic data generation pipelines and lead training/inference workflows for large language models. You will work with cloud and on‑prem clusters, contribute to RL and agentic reasoning research, and collaborate across a dynamic team in a hybrid setup.

Competenze

• Degree in computer engineering, AI, math, software engineering or related quantitative field.
• Strong programming foundation in Python, Triton and Rust.

Mansioni

• Run post-training workflows for RL environments and evaluation across domains.
