Job summary

Stellantis in Italy is seeking an experienced IT Product Owner to join the Parts & Services AI Labs. You will shape, scale and industrialize AI-powered solutions, turning high-value use cases into scalable products at the intersection of AI, data and business.

You will lead the Orchestrator Lab and Data Lab, coordinate cross-functional teams, work with external partners and drive MLOps, governance and Responsible AI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology or digital products with 5+ years in product or delivery leadership.
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Fluency in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Shape the AI product roadmap translating business needs into clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Lead the Orchestrator Lab enabling agent orchestration and end-to-end AI solutions.
• Coordinate the Data Lab building scalable data foundations across the AI portfolio.
• Take AI solutions from idea/concept to production and scale.
• Prioritize initiatives based on value, feasibility, data readiness, security and reuse.
• Collaborate with GenAI, Data, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and apps teams.
• Coordinate external partners ensuring clear objectives and delivery.
