Bending Spoons in Milan is seeking a talented, driven, and collaborative individual to lead recruitment across the company. You will own hiring end-to-end, from sourcing to decision, using AI and modern tools while applying human judgment where it matters most, and you will surface exceptional talent.

You will design structured evaluations, maintain a high talent bar, and continuously upgrade recruiting workflows to speed, scale, and standardize the process.

• Build high-signal evaluations. Design and run structured assessments—tests, interviews, and other evaluation methods that produce clear signal and support confident hiring decisions.
• Maintain a high talent bar. Assess candidates rigorously to ensure every hire meets the company’s standards.
