The Italian Institute of Artificial Intelligence (AI4I) is seeking a Business Operations Intern to support daily operational activities, company engagement and documentation management at our Turin location. This hands-on role offers exposure to AI deployment initiatives and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive and fluent in Italian and English, with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills and a growing interest in

Competenze

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word and digital collaboration tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems and document repositories per team standards.
• Prepare, review and improve presentations, reports and operational materials.
• Support meeting materials, summaries, reports and internal documentation.
