AI Imaging - Business Development Manager, Italy

Type: Permanent, Full-time, Remote (Travel to hospitals, conferences, and gatherings of MedTech leaders - 25-30% of the time)

Leveraging the power of quantified imaging data and AI, we aim to make precision medicine a reality.

The role:

The Business Development Manager in Italy will support our commercial operations, attend top medical conferences, and grow our client base with hospitals by generating new leads, managing key accounts, and contributing to the company's go-to-market strategy.

Reporting to the Business Development Director, you will be part of the global sales team and collaborate across departments including Customer Success, Legal, Product, Finance, and Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound lead generation via events, email, and social networks using digital tools.
• Act as the first point of contact for potential clients.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Director to expand the Italian market.
• Implement business development and sales strategies for revenue growth and market share increase in Italy.
• Follow up on sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle.
• Provide feedback to improve commercial processes and contribute to team success.
• Engage with senior physicians at top hospitals and imaging centers in Italy for new AI imaging technologies.
• Attend medical conferences and conduct outreach to prominent radiologists and clinicians.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in business development within the AI medical imaging industry.
• Excellent communication skills, including conducting effective sales and internal meetings, and delivering professional pitches.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Experience in an international environment.
• Availability to attend conferences and meetings in Italy regularly.
• Passion for precision medicine, innovative research, and AI, with a fascination for the future of clinical research and medicine.
• High adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
