Job Description:

We are seeking an AI Imaging Business Development Manager to join our team in Italy. This is a permanent, full-time position that is remote, with travel required to hospitals, conferences, and gatherings of MedTech leaders approximately 25-30% of the time.

About the company: We design pioneering tools that utilize AI to analyze imaging data, improving patient outcomes across oncology, rheumatology, and neurology. Our focus is on tissue profiling and developing quantitative imaging biomarkers to advance drug discovery and treatment monitoring, making precision medicine a reality.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating leads through events, email campaigns, and social networks using digital tools.
  • Serving as the initial contact point for potential clients.
  • Collaborating with the Business Development Director to expand the Italian market.
  • Implementing business development and sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in Italy.
  • Managing the sales cycle from follow-up to closing.
  • Providing feedback to improve commercial processes.
  • Engaging with senior physicians at top hospitals and imaging centers for new AI imaging technologies.
  • Attending medical conferences and conducting outreach to radiologists and clinicians.

Ideal candidate:

  • Over 5 years of experience in business development within the AI medical imaging industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and deliver professional pitches.
  • Proficiency in English at an advanced level.
