AI Imaging - Business Development Manager, Italy

Permanent, Full-time · Remote (requires travel to hospitals, conferences, and MedTech gatherings - approximately 25-30% of the time)

We design pioneering tools that unlock imaging data to improve patient outcomes. Using AI, we help detect pathologies in oncology, rheumatology, and neurology. Our focus is on tissue profiling and developing quantitative imaging biomarkers to analyze disease mechanisms, advance drug discovery, and monitor treatment progress. Our goal is to make precision medicine a reality through AI and quantified imaging data.

The Business Development Manager in Italy will participate in our regional commercial operations, attend top medical conferences, and grow our client base by generating new leads, managing key accounts, and contributing to our go-to-market strategy.

Reporting directly to the Business Development Director, you’ll be part of the global sales team, collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success, Legal, Product, Finance, and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound lead generation via events, email, and social networks using digital tools.
• Serve as the first point of contact for new potential clients.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Director to expand the Italian market.
• Implement business development and sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in Italy.
• Follow up on sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle, up to closing.
• Provide feedback to improve commercial processes and contribute to team success.
• Engage with senior physicians at top hospitals and imaging centers in Italy for new AI imaging technologies.
• Attend medical conferences and conduct outreach to radiologists and clinicians.

You will be our ideal candidate if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in business development within the AI medical imaging industry.
• Excellent communication skills, including effective sales and presentation abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Availability to attend conferences and meetings in Italy regularly.
• Integrity and passion for precision medicine, innovative research, and AI in clinical medicine.
• High adaptability to evolving work requirements and environments.
