Job Description:

We are seeking an AI Imaging Business Development Manager to join our team in Belluno, Italy. This is a permanent, full-time position that is remote but requires travel to hospitals, conferences, and gatherings of MedTech leaders approximately 25-30% of the time.

About the company:

We develop innovative tools that leverage AI to analyze imaging data, aiming to improve patient outcomes across oncology, rheumatology, and neurology. Our focus is on tissue profiling and the development of quantitative imaging biomarkers to advance drug discovery and treatment monitoring, making precision medicine a reality.

Role overview:

The Business Development Manager in Italy will support our regional commercial operations by attending medical conferences, generating leads, managing key accounts, and contributing to our go-to-market strategies. Reporting directly to the Business Development Director, you will be part of a global sales team and collaborate across various departments including Customer Success, Legal, Product, Finance, and Marketing.

Responsibilities:
  1. Generate leads through events, email campaigns, and social networks using digital tools.
  2. Act as the first point of contact for new potential clients.
  3. Assist in expanding the Italian market alongside the Business Development Director.
  4. Implement business development and sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in Italy.
  5. Follow up on sales opportunities through to closing.
  6. Provide feedback to improve commercial processes and contribute to team success.
  7. Collaborate on business development for new AI imaging technologies with senior physicians at leading hospitals and imaging centers in Italy.
  8. Attend medical conferences and conduct outreach to radiologists and clinicians.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within the AI medical imaging industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, including conducting effective meetings and delivering professional pitches.
  • Proficiency in English (advanced level).
  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • Availability for regular travel within Italy for conferences and meetings.
  • Passion for precision medicine, innovative research, and AI in clinical research and medicine.
  • High adaptability and resilience to evolving work requirements and environments.
