Qualifications

• Final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or completed in last 12 months.
• Interest in financial services and regulated industries.
• Willingness to join full-time after internship.
• Strong communication in English (Italian a plus).
• No prior work experience required; student or graduate welcome.

Responsibilities

• Understand client workflows and identify AI-enabled value.
• Build ML/document-analysis and retrieval pipelines for client data.
• Evaluate and orchestrate open-weight models and agents.
• Develop full-stack apps, APIs, and integrations for production use.
• Deploy, monitor and improve solutions in production.
