Esprimo S.r.l. è alla ricerca di un AI Engineer specializzato in agentic workflows e integrazione di sistemi per progettare architetture AI scalabili e workflow basati su agenti.

Potrai costruire agenti intelligenti con framework o soluzioni personalizzate, gestire server MCP e contribuire a infrastrutture cloud e DevOps (CI/CD, deploy, automation).

La sede operativa è Ispra, con presenza in loco 2 giorni a settimana. CV in inglese richiesto; retribuzione indicativa tra €38.000 e €42.000 all'anno.

Qualifications

• Solida esperienza nello sviluppo di AI agenti.
• Ottima padronanza di Python e architetture multi-tier.
• Esperienza con cloud e DevOps (GitLab, OpenShift, Helm) e inglese fluente a livello C1.

Responsibilities

• Progettare e sviluppare architetture AI scalabili e workflow basati su agenti.
• Costruire e integrare agenti intelligenti utilizzando framework o soluzioni custom.
• Gestire server MCP e contribuire a infrastrutture cloud e DevOps (CI/CD, deployment, automazione).
• Collaborare con team per consegne end-to-end e garantire qualità del software.

AI Engineer – Agentic Workflows & System Integration with at least 5 years of experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI architectures and agentic workflows
• Build and integrate intelligent agents using frameworks (e.G., OpenAI Agents, Google ADK, Haystack) or custom implementations
• Develop and manage MCP servers
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure and DevOps activities (CI/CD, deployment, automation)

Requirements

• Solid experience in AI agent development
• Strong proficiency in Python and multi-tier architectures
• Hands-on experience with cloud computing and DevOps (preferably GitLab, OpenShift, Helm)
• Fluent in English (C1 level)

Operational Headquarter: Ispra (on site 2days a week)

Retribuzione indicativa: RAL € 38.000/42.000
