Responsibilities

• Oversee data labeling and training data quality for model performance.
• Fine-tune proprietary LLM models on cloud GPUs.
• Integrate model outputs with the rest of the platform and collaborate with software engineers for robust deployment.
• Monitor and improve model output quality using automatic tools and human supervision.
• Develop PoCs for AI features and integrate them into production.

• Experience in training and evaluating Neural Networks, with emphasis on NLP tasks.
• Experience in training large deep learning models on multiple GPUs.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, HuggingFace Transformers, vLLM).
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and ORM usage (e.g., SQLAlchemy).
• Experience with testing practices and frameworks (e.g., Pytest).
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
