Jobtailor is seeking an analytical, results-driven specialist to drive data-informed decisions for the Italian market. You will design scalable analytic frameworks, partner with cross-functional teams, and translate complex data into actionable business plans to accelerate local growth.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in data analytics or program management in e-commerce settings, fluency in English and Italian, and strong SQL, Python, and Excel skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Excel.
• Python.
• AI fluency for data automation and optimisation.
• 1–2 years of experience in project/program management, data analytics, or commercial strategy within e-commerce, retail, or the food‑delivery sector.
• Proven track record of owning a program end‑to‑end.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead data‑driven discussions and influence stakeholders globally.
• Fluent English and professional proficiency in Italian are required given the market focus.

• Design and deploy new, scalable frameworks for category management, pricing strategies, and promotional activities across international markets.
• Constantly challenge the status quo by leveraging AI, automation, and advanced tooling to optimize commercial workflows and scale solutions globally.
• Act as the primary analytical partner for the Italian market, adapting global strategies to drive local growth and performance.
• Partner with marketing, product, tech, and local commercial teams to align program strategies and translate complex data into actionable business plans.
• Build, maintain, and automate dashboards that synthesize multi-source data into digestible insights for leadership.
