Alpitronic in Bolzano, Italy, seeks an experienced IT Integration Engineer to design and implement configurations across ERP, CRM, BI, and MES platforms, collaborating with Business Analysts and IT architects.

You will develop APIs, automate workflows, support UAT, troubleshoot incidents, manage releases, and create runbooks, with strong English/Italian/German language skills and a hands-on DevOps mindset.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Software Engineering.
• Experience developing, configuring, and integrating ERP/CRM/MES in industrial environments.
• Proficient in API development (REST/SOAP) and SQL for complex data queries.
• Knowledge of IT architectures, data models and integration patterns; middleware experience.
• Git and DevOps/deployment practices for application configuration.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum; Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development and low-code/no-code platforms; English/Italian/German language.

Mansioni

• Design, implement, and document configurations, customizations, and scripting across ERP/CRM/BI/MES.
• Develop interfaces and automated workflows between business apps using APIs and middleware.
• Support UAT: manage test environments, resolve defects, validate go-live readiness.
• Analyze incidents, diagnose issues, and perform root-cause analyses with corrective actions.
• Manage release planning, version upgrades, patches, and regression testing with vendors.
• Create and maintain architecture overviews, interface specs, configuration guides, and runbooks.
• Evaluate and implement AI-assisted tools to optimize performance and workflows.
