Cleafy in Milano, Italy seeks an Engineering Tech Lead to guide a growing threat intelligence platform. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will be both an active technical contributor and responsible for people, delivery, and technical direction of your area.

The team is small today and you will shape its growth, mentoring engineers across frontend, backend, full‑stack, and security. You will champion AI‑native workflows, drive end‑to‑end delivery, and design scalable APIs and architectures

Competenze

• B.S./M.S. in engineering or CS required.
• Strong full‑stack background with leadership experience.
• Experience with AI‑native development and modern tooling.
• Fluent in English; Italian language skills preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead, mentor, and grow the team from one senior engineer.
• Own technical direction and delivery planning across frontend, backend, and security.
• Drive architecture decisions with product and security teams.
• Stay hands‑on in an AI‑native way to design, prototype, and ship features.
• Build scalable software to protect customers from attacks and fraud.
