Cleafy S.p.A. is seeking an Engineering Tech Lead in Milan to guide a growing threat intelligence platform team. This hands-on leadership role blends coding with people management, delivery accountability, and strategic technical direction.

The ideal candidate has a solid full-stack background, uses AI-native tooling and agentic workflows to move fast while ensuring quality, and mentors engineers to own outcomes and customer-focused results.

Competenze

• BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related disciplines.
• Strong background in full-stack engineering and leadership.
• Experience with AI-native toolchains and agentic development.

Mansioni

• Lead, mentor, and grow the team from one senior engineer through regular 1:1s and clear development paths.
• Set priorities, remove blockers, and act as the technical and organizational reference for the team.
• Drive technical and architectural decisions with product and security, balancing long-term quality with short-term needs.
• Own end-to-end delivery: planning, prioritization, quality, deadlines, while managing technical risk.
• Stay hands-on in an AI-native way, using AI-assisted and agentic development to design, prototype, test, and ship features.
• Build software products that protect customers from attacks and fraud at scale.
• Demonstrate AI-native workflows, fluency with AI tools, and agentic development to build, not just assist.
• Proven experience as a full-stack engineer delivering complex products end-to-end.
• Experience leading or growing engineers and a genuine interest in people growth.
• Strong ownership of Agile with Scrum, Kanban, Jira from the process-shaping perspective.
• Solid command of git and related best practices.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with containers and CI/CD tools.
• Solid grasp of testing methodologies and automation libraries.
