Sysdig is seeking a hands-on Training Designer to craft and deliver engaging sessions on containers, Kubernetes, Linux and cloud. You will own the training platform’s reliability, automate lab provisioning, and produce clear courseware with YAML/Markdown.

You’ll leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation while collaborating with product, success and marketing to keep training relevant. You will design technical trainings, workshops, and demos for diverse audiences, lead end-to-end

Competenze

Design and deliver hands-on training for Sysdig across containers, Kubernetes, Linux and cloud.
3+ years of instruction experience with clear, engaging delivery and technical writing.
Author courseware using YAML/Markdown and apply instructional design principles.

Mansioni

Design and deliver technical training, workshops, and demos for diverse audiences.
Own automation and reliability of the training platform including provisioning, scripting, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with Product, Success, and Marketing to align training with feature value.
Lead projects end-to-end and escalate risks when needed.
Mentor junior team members and translate feedback into content improvements.
