We are seeking an AI Demand Manager to join our team and support our clients in AI project demand management.

Your Role

As an AI Demand Manager, you will oversee and manage AI project demands, utilizing existing BI&A processes. Your responsibilities include:

1. Demand Collection: Gathering AI project requirements through established surveys, working closely with requestors and functional teams to identify short-term and medium-term needs.
2. Survey Coordination: Organizing meetings with the BI&A Engagement Team and Account Managers to define and approve project scope.
3. Ethical Approval: Facilitating AI project approval processes with the Ethics Committee, ensuring compliance with ethical standards.

You will also manage the assessment phase to clarify project scope and objectives and initiate the engagement phase when requirements are clear, coordinating resources and maintaining stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in demand management, IT Business Partnering, preferably related to AI, BI, or data analytics.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Proficiency with survey tools and demand management systems.
• Knowledge of BI&A processes and tools.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• Professional proficiency in English.
