Experteer Italy is seeking a strategic AI Lead to drive the identification, prioritization and delivery of AI use cases, ensuring alignment between business needs, technology, governance, and measurable value.

You will act as the primary liaison between business functions and the AI ecosystem, shaping the pipeline and defining KPIs, while coordinating external vendors and managing budgets and governance to enable AI-driven transformation.

Competenze

• Experience in guiding AI use case identification, prioritization and delivery.
• Solid background in Product Management, Business Analysis, Innovation or Consulting.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, contracts and project governance.
• Strong knowledge of AI and GenAI technologies and their business impact.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong orientation toward results and value creation.

In this role you lead the identification, prioritization, and delivery of AI use cases, ensuring alignment between business needs, technology, governance, and value. You act as the primary liaison between business functions and the AI ecosystem, shaping the use case pipeline and defining business cases and KPIs. You coordinate delivery, manage stakeholders and vendors, and oversee budgeting, governance, risk, and adoption of AI solutions. You contribute to the organization’s AI-driven transformation and measurable value creation.
