Boston Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Senior AI Tech Consultant in Cyber Security to lead strategy and delivery for complex client programs in Milan. You will shape secure architectures within large IT transformations and mentor cross-functional teams.

You will drive end-to-end security solutions, engage vendors, and support certifications such as ISO27001 while promoting innovative approaches using AI, blockchain, and cloud computing. Travel extensively.

Competenze

• 6–10 years of IT security consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO/IEC 27000, SABSA).
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO27001 preferred.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management across interdisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
