Palo IT is seeking an experienced Software Architect with a strong focus on AI coaching to lead end-to-end technical delivery of digital products. You will guide teams toward scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions while contributing hands-on when needed.

You will design and evolve architectures (microservices or modular monoliths), implement robust APIs, and promote AI-driven engineering practices within a collaborative, global context.

• 10+ years of software engineering with proven technical leadership.

Mansioni

• Lead the design and evolution of technology solutions ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Drive architectural decisions and trade-offs (microservices vs modular monolith) using patterns like DDD, Clean/Hexagonal, and event-driven approaches.
• Design, build, and evolve REST APIs with versioning, OpenAPI, backward compatibility and robust error handling.
• Define and enforce engineering standards: clean code, testing, reviews, observability, security, and CI/CD.
• Mentor engineers and foster a strong delivery culture with high engineering standards.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, UX, and stakeholders to refine scope and roadmap.
• Promote AI-first engineering practices with governance: quality gates, traceability, testing.
