Job Description :

We are launching an ambitious roadmap to integrate Generative AI into our platform and services. We seek a candidate eager to explore AI within a strategic consulting environment, especially those interested in Artificial Intelligence and its business applications.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Utilize Generative AI to develop business-specific libraries, insights, and analyses for client engagements.
2. Participate in developing AI tools, collaborating with users and partners to understand their needs.
3. Contribute to our Strategy Co-Pilot, an AI agent providing feedback and suggestions on strategic plans, including evaluation and testing.
4. Support prompt engineering to improve AI response accuracy and relevance.
5. Work with teams across consulting, product management, design, and engineering to integrate AI into services.
6. Stay updated on AI trends and advancements.
7. Explore external data providers to enhance our offerings.
8. Assist in planning and executing our AI Roadmap, aligning activities with our vision.

Minimum Requirements :

1. Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
2. 2-4 years experience in consulting, SaaS, or enterprise software.
3. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
4. Interest in Generative AI and related areas.
5. Eagerness to learn Prompt Engineering and its applications.
6. Good communication and teamwork skills.
7. Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.
8. Legal right to work in Italy.
