TLWC | The Leading Women Circle cerca un Developer per automazione AI e sviluppo software, con attività su sistemi interni, integrazioni e miglioramento della coerenza dei dati. Posizione on-site a Milano in collaborazione con team dedica to all’ottimizzazione dei flussi di lavoro e delle esperienze dei membri.

Il candidato ideale ha solide competenze in sviluppo di sistemi, programmazione (Python/JavaScript) e gestione di database, con attenzione a qualità e sicurezza.

Competenze

• Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria o equivalente preferita.
• Competenze solide in sviluppo di sistemi e software.
• Abilità di programmazione (es. Python, JavaScript)
• Esperienza con database (SQL/NoSQL) per modellazione e query.
• Conoscenza di testing (unit, integrazione, regressione).
• Esperienza o interesse in automazione AI, API e strumenti low-code/no-code.
• Capacità di tradurre requisiti in soluzioni tecniche e collaborare con stakeholder non tecnici.
• Buona padronanza dell'inglese; italiano o altre lingue europee è un vantaggio.
• Interesse per luxury, eventi o networking e allineamento con TLWC.

The AI Automation & Systems Developer – Part-time role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining AI-driven tools and systems that support TLWC’s operations and member experience. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Milan, working closely with the team to automate workflows, integrate platforms, and improve data consistency across internal systems.

• Developing and testing software components
• Implementing AI-driven automation solutions
• Managing database interactions
• Ensuring system reliability and security
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and continuously optimizing tools and processes to support events, communications, and member engagement

• Strong skills in System Development and Software Development to design, implement, and maintain scalable solutions.
• Proficiency in Programming (e.G., Python, JavaScript, or similar languages) for building AI automation workflows and integrations.
• Experience working with Databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) for data modeling, queries, and performance optimization.
• Competence in Testing, including unit, integration, and regression testing, to ensure system reliability and quality.
• Background or interest in AI automation, APIs, and low-code/no-code tooling for process optimization.
• Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders, translate requirements into technical solutions, and document systems clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian orother European languages is an advantage.
