Agriculture Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
- Implement the company's sales plan to achieve the sales targets.
- Work closely with our local partners.
- Search for target clients, build client pools, and conduct direct sales via phone calls and physical visits.
- Collect, organize, and provide feedback on information regarding the target market.
- Establish deep customer relationships to promote customer re-purchase and transfer introductions to achieve sales growth.
- Responsible for the establishment, storage, and classification management of customer information.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in direct sales.
- Location: Italy - Puglia or Greece - Crete.
- Ability to generate pipeline and business opportunity leads.
- Passionate about sales work, diligent, and proactive; able to work remotely with flexible patterns and travel up to 70%.
- Team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and good interpersonal relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English in writing, speaking, listening, and reading.
- Must hold a driver's license.
Advantages:

- Sales experience in NIR/instrument/equipment or related fields.
- Degree in Engineering.
