Agricultural Machinery Technician / Foreman

As an Agricultural Service Engineer / Foreman, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in organizing and managing a team of skilled engineers working on agricultural machinery.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure parts availability and efficient time management.
• Managing call outs and ensuring first-class service delivery to all customers.
• Overseeing all aspects of the service team and workshop management.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with valued customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Repairing and maintaining agricultural machinery, including tractors and combines, for prestigious brands.
• Diagnosing and repairing machinery to ensure high operational standards, manufacturer specifications, and safety.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Experienced as an agricultural engineer aiming to move into management.
• Possessing excellent knowledge of agricultural machinery and understanding seasonal pressures faced by farmers.
• A skilled communicator capable of liaising effectively with engineers and customers.
• Comfortable working under challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to undertake additional training as necessary.
