Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Service Engineer / Foreman to lead and manage a team of skilled engineers working on agricultural machinery. The successful candidate will coordinate with various departments to ensure parts availability and efficient workflow, oversee call outs, and deliver first-class customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Organise and manage a team of engineers working on agricultural machinery.
2. Coordinate with other departments for parts availability and efficient scheduling.
3. Manage call outs and ensure high-quality customer service.
4. Oversee all aspects of the service team and workshop operations.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with valued customers.
6. Repair and maintain agricultural machinery, including Tractors and Combines, for prestigious brands.
7. Diagnose and repair machinery issues to meet manufacturer standards and safety regulations.
