Role And Key Responsibilities

Within the agile community organization, you will share your proven Agile Coach experience, supported by a strong development and technical background. You will collaborate with other agile coaches, product owners, and scrum masters to assist teams across Switzerland, India, USA, and Italy. Your goal is to facilitate, improve, and promote efficient agile adoption, leading to early working software delivery and value generation.

  2. Predictability: planning and estimating work for releases and sprints.
  3. Agile engineering practices: requirements decomposition, adoption of Agile testing techniques.
  4. Transition to DevOps: enabling close collaboration between Agile teams and involved units, defining and implementing efficient processes, and reducing manual activities for frequent, fast releases.
  5. Training: organizing and leading Agile training sessions for newcomers, using agile serious games, liberating structures, and similar techniques.
  6. Ad-hoc training: conducting additional sessions based on specific needs.

  • Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks
  • Experience with DevOps practices
  • Proficiency in TDD, BDD, Unit testing, and other Agile techniques
