As Agile Chapter Lead, you will be a driving force behind the DevSecOps transformation within TechNL. Your expertise will impact 1200 engineers and contribute significantly to Engineering Excellence.

Your new job and workplace

As an Agile Chapter Lead, you'll be at the core of TechNL's DevSecOps transformation. Leading over 1200 engineers, you'll guide how we build, deliver, and operate technology, fostering a culture of Engineering Excellence.

In this role, you'll lead a team of 18 Agile Leads and support a broad network of engineering teams to innovate and excel. You should have strong agile leadership skills, hands-on software engineering experience, and transformation strategy expertise.

What you'll do

1. Spearhead the DevSecOps transformation aligned with Engineering Excellence goals.
2. Promote new ways of working and improve team collaboration and delivery.
3. Coach and support 18 Agile Leads and guide over 1200 engineers.
4. Encourage knowledge sharing, build learning platforms, and foster a high-performance culture.
5. Collaborate with Platform Leads, Tech leadership, and stakeholders for aligned execution.

What you bring

1. Extensive experience with agile practices in large, complex organizations.
2. Proven success in leading major DevSecOps or agile transformations.
3. Strong background in software engineering, understanding the full development lifecycle.
4. Leadership qualities, coaching skills, stakeholder management, and change facilitation abilities.
5. Strategic thinking with practical implementation skills.
6. Excellent English communication skills; Dutch is a plus.

• An annual salary between €100K and €125K, including holiday allowance, excluding bonus, based on experience.
