Join us as a MULTI-CHANNEL AGENT - DYNAMIC PREPARATION - NORTHEAST

WHAT YOU WILL DO

In this role, you will be tasked as an agent for developing the Dito Sama specialist network within your assigned geographic area. Your responsibilities include managing and growing the network of resellers according to company directives, supported by the sales management, central marketing, after-sales, logistics, order management, and credit management teams.

Your main responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and managing sales of professional food preparation products under the Dito Sama brand through a network of equipment resellers for professional kitchens in your assigned area.
  2. Identifying and managing alternative sales channels (e.g., food companies, bakery and pastry labs, eCommerce platforms, etc.).
  3. Developing promotions and initiatives to grow specific product lines, geographic areas, or market segments in coordination with the sales management.
  4. Participating in trade fairs, events, and industry conferences.
  5. Collecting and analyzing market data with marketing and product development teams to identify opportunities, needs, and sector trends.
  6. Providing suggestions and recommendations for continuous product and market promotion improvements.
  7. Using sales support IT tools effectively.
  8. Managing and implementing payment methods and credit recovery processes.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You possess deep culinary knowledge that you leverage to identify optimal solutions for customers and sell professional food preparation equipment.
  • You are professional, structured, and competent.
  • You excel at building mutual trust relationships.
  • You demonstrate passion and enthusiasm, understanding customer needs.

Education and Experience:

  • Preferably, a secondary school diploma in hospitality, culinary, or related fields.
  • Solid sales experience, preferably as an agent.
  • Experience in hospitality, catering, or related sectors such as gelato, bakery, or pastry.
  • Native Italian speaker; additional language skills are a plus.
