We are seeking Real Estate Agents to join the Engel & Völkers Commercial Milan Lombardy team, focusing on Letting, Advisory, and Capital Market activities.

Responsibilities

• Market research and product analysis;
• Marketing strategies and sales processes, from negotiation to closing;
• Managing ongoing negotiations;
• Contacting institutional operators and seeking new contacts;
• Using and updating the company CRM regularly;
• Providing agency opinions and feasibility studies.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in real estate, preferably in the Commercial sector;
• Strong passion for Real Estate, especially Commercial;
• Good knowledge of Milan;
• Excellent communication and relational skills;
• Desire to grow within an international group;
• Professionalism, integrity, and commitment;
• Teamwork orientation;
• Good organizational and self-management skills;
• Proficiency in Italian and good knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus;
• Comfort with IT tools;
• Possession of P.IVA or willingness to obtain it;
• Possession of a real estate agent license.
