Position : Agent Experience Coordinator

As an Agent Experience Coordinator, you are the first person our customers see when they walk into one of our Compass offices. You will oversee the management of the office to ensure everything is running smoothly and that our Compass office standards are maintained. You will support a small roster of our customers with understanding Compass, training on our tools and programs, assisting with marketing requests, and more. You are passionate about delivering a world-class experience and partnering with the rest of the agent experience team when support is needed.

Location

Note : This is a full-time in-office position in Naples, FL.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the face of the office by welcoming guests, managing mail, facilitating in-office event setup, and providing first-line support for office needs.
  • Maintain the overall appearance and organization of the office, manage supply inventory, and escalate facilities issues.
  • Support the adoption of Compass technology by providing 1 : 1 support to customers.
  • Partner with the National Onboarding team for onboarding new customers.
  • Provide basic marketing support, create collateral from templates, and liaise with marketing specialists for complex requests.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to address questions and feedback from agents.
  • Troubleshoot technology / device issues, conference room hardware, and enterprise systems.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as sales meeting prep, data entry, and office communications.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations.
  • Experience in real estate and with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus.
  • Excellent listening, communication, and empathetic skills.
  • Passion for creating community and fostering engagement.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in-office during standard hours and lift up to 25 lbs.
