Join the TikTok LIVE Operations team, passionate about enhancing TikTok LIVE. We aim to support and grow our Italian agency partners by developing strategies, monitoring performance, managing portfolios, and building strong relationships through training and operational support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create regional policies and educational resources tailored to Italian agencies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• At least 3 years of experience in live-streaming, social media, tech, video-sharing, or startups, with market trend knowledge.
• Proven sales or account management experience focused on achieving targets.
• Fluent in Italian for effective communication with Italian agency partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in Ads sales/live streaming with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of business operations and company management principles.
• Knowledge of Douyin operational models and ecosystems is a plus.
