Descrizione del lavoro

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient aftersales support and clear communication
  • Manage product issues, coordinate timely solutions, and follow up with customers
  • Collaborate with technical teams and coordinate with the Chinese headquarters when necessary
  • Support general administration and operational tasks
  • Use online systems to track claims and spare parts procurement progress
  • Assist the aftersales manager in organising and delivering training sessions

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
  • Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus
  • Experience in technical support roles within construction machinery industry
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with CRM, MS Office, and service management tools
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and adaptable to changing priorities
