Job Description

The candidate contributes to ensuring the efficiency of long-term rental and fleet management through the affiliated network during the contractual period. Responsibilities include managing damage repair and maintenance services, monitoring intervention timing and costs, liaising with repairers to resolve issues, and reporting service disruptions in the assistance network. The role also involves supporting internal clients on technical issues, collaborating with the operations center to report roadside assistance disruptions, and evaluating contractual exclusions for customers.

Core Business

  • Verify the actual fault of the vehicle and the need for scheduled maintenance through remote documentation review.
  • Ensure the accuracy of cost estimates and confirm service center quotes align with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Manage requests within specified timelines, providing authorization numbers for payments and invoices.
  • Evaluate total loss scenarios for excessive costs and approve contract closures.
  • Determine and confirm the application of contractual exclusions.
  • Verify reimbursements for customer-prepaid costs.
  • Handle complaints within the assigned responsibility area.
  • Report dealers not adhering to economic and service management conditions.
  • Authorize credit notes for justified repair disputes.
  • Exercise decision-making autonomy within role-specific timelines and parameters.
