Essential requirements:

• At least 3-4 years of experience as a Customer Service or After Sales Specialist in companies manufacturing industrial machinery
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read electrical schematics
• Knowledge of industrial automation and PLCs (preferred)
