Join us as an After Sales Lead at Dedalus, one of the world’s leading healthcare technology companies, on our Global Delivery and Cloud Enablement Team in Italy to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet.

What you’ll achieve

As an After Sales Lead, you will be responsible for the implementation and management of business processes and the associated software to support effective management of Global Dedalus Customer After Sales support.

Working with an extended, highly skilled team, you will make a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You will:

  • Process Manager for After Sales: Responsible for developing, managing, and implementing supporting After Sales processes.
  • Serve as the After Sales interface into the OneERP Transformation program, providing subject matter expertise.
  • Develop business cases to gauge initiatives and projects impacting After Sales.
  • Lead initiatives to drive After Sales efficiencies and operational objectives.
  • Support ServiceNow deployments/migrations as the subject matter expert, including knowledge transfer, testing, data collection, and requirements gathering.
  • Participate in ServiceNow Release Planning activities.
  • Create and maintain After Sales KPI and Service Excellence Dashboard reporting, following the monthly reporting cadence.

  • Fluency in English; French is a plus

Other Information:

Available for business trips (2-3 days/week, 1 week/month, maximum 2 weeks/month) within the EU: Italy, France, UK, Germany, Spain.
