Join us as an After Sales Lead at Dedalus, one of the world’s leading healthcare technology companies, on our Global Delivery and Cloud Enablement Team in Italy to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet.

What you’ll achieve

As an After Sales Lead, you will be responsible for implementing and managing business processes and the associated software to support effective management of Global Dedalus Customer After Sales support.

Working with a highly skilled team, you will make a significant impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You will:

  • Manage and develop After Sales processes.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for the After Sales interface into the OneERP Transformation program.
  • Develop business cases for initiatives impacting After Sales.
  • Lead initiatives to improve After Sales efficiencies and meet operational objectives.
  • Support ServiceNow deployments/migrations, including knowledge transfer, testing, data gathering, and requirements specification.
  • Participate in ServiceNow Release Planning activities.
  • Create and maintain After Sales KPI and Service Excellence Dashboard reports.
