Une entreprise de renommée mondiale recherche un spécialiste après-vente B2B pour améliorer les processus de service client. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de l'établissement et de l'amélioration des processus après-vente, y compris la gestion des performances et des relations avec les partenaires. Ce poste nécessite au moins deux ans d'expérience pertinente ainsi qu'une formation en ingénierie ou en économie. Un excellent niveau d'anglais et d'italien est requis.

Competenze

  • Au moins 2 ans d'expérience comme Analyste/Specialiste en Service Après-Vente, Operations, ou Gestion de Projets.
  • Compétences en gestion de données nécessaires.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement.

Mansioni

  • Améliorer le processus après-vente et la satisfaction client.
  • Définir et mettre à jour les KPI pour le suivi des performances.

Position Summary

In this role you will support and contribute to ensure the best in class after sales service. You’ll be able to implement outstanding service solutions and boost quality for our customers by creating valuable processes. You will be in direct contact with service partners and internal stakeholders, leading projects to improve after sales service and customer experience.

A Day in the Life of an After Sales B2B Specialist

  • Establish and enhance the after sales process by challenging the customer journey and related processes
  • Support decision-making by setting and updating KPIs and quality metrics
  • Leverage operational excellence by standardizing processes and defining new ways of working
  • Manage service levels and performance of After Sales third parties, ensuring KPIs are met
  • Implement continuous improvement plans to deliver operational savings without compromising quality
  • Lead follow-up on technical crises
  • Support the definition of local After Sales service strategy and ensure smooth operations of external partners
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for improvement
  • Build strong relationships with B2B sales and customers by actively listening and addressing concerns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on customer needs and expectations

What Will Make You Successful

  • At least 2 years of experience as Analyst / Specialist in After Sales, Operations, Field Service, or Project Management
  • Ability to extract, interpret, and present insights from unstructured and structured data
  • Passionate about data analysis and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Customer-centric, innovative, and a can-do attitude
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of Excel, Power Query, and Power BI is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Italian
